The academy welcomes complete beginners through to experienced practitioners, regardless of age or ability level. Classes are structured around multi-genre martial arts training, emphasising life skills development alongside martial techniques. The instructors create a welcoming, safe environment where students can pursue fitness goals, build confidence, develop friendships and learn self-discipline.
