Our experienced instructors provide structured coaching in traditional Japanese martial arts, focusing on technique, discipline and personal development. We deliver beginner fundamentals through to advanced competition preparation, with classes tailored for children, teenagers and adults. Members benefit from expert instruction in throws, groundwork and tactical strategy, whilst developing strength, flexibility and confidence.
